This is a complete break from your regular routine. The retreat includes with regular yoga classes, Pranayama, meditation, site seeing and teaching on yogic life style.

9.00AM - 1.00PM Site seeing **
1.00PM - 1.30PM Lunch *
1.30PM - 4.30PM Relax
5.30PM - 6.30PM Pranayama/Meditation classes
6.30PM - 6.45PM Chanting
7.00PM - 7.30PM Dinner*

During the course:
  • Only Vegetarian meals *
  • Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited *
  • Saturday Night or Sunday Morning Rooms has to vacated before 8.00AM *
  • Further Continuation of vacation should be informed early, extra charges will be added as per the choice of different places *
  • Mysore city tour - Chamundi Hill, KRS, Karangi Lake, Mysore Zoo, Mysore Palace, Ashram visit, Philomena church **
